From my ain experience, I uncovering using 2 layers of glow lawsuit plant meliorate for epitome glowing sunset artwork. One layer amongst "overlay" blend manner to convey upward the saturation too tint the surrounding area. Another layer amongst "Linear Dodge" to brighten upward the artwork.
