Digital Epitome Earlier Heavy Rain

Heavy pelting inward the forenoon as well as inspired to pigment a scene before it offset to pelting heavily amongst night clouds using Photoshop. Buildings, street lights are pigment over on a photos I took earlier.

Most of the paintings are done using default photoshop brush "Oil Pastel Large" as well as "Airbrush Hard Round". Glow effects are pigment using "Airbrush Soft Round".
